SMS / Text Messaging

Text messages are optional. Simply providing your mobile phone number does not enroll you in text messages, and consent to receive them is never a condition of booking, purchasing, or receiving any DR Assembly service.

We send SMS text messages from (813) 430-4346 only if you separately and voluntarily opt in — by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default consent box at drassembly.com/book or drassembly.com/contact. Those messages relate only to your service, such as booking confirmations, arrival-time updates, and appointment reminders. If you decline, we contact you by phone call or email instead.

• No mobile information sharing: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for those purposes.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive a booking confirmation and one or more appointment reminders per scheduled service (generally fewer than 5 messages per booking).
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
