SMS Text Messaging Program & Opt-In Policy

DR Assembly operates a customer care and appointment notification text messaging program for fitness equipment assembly, repair, and moving customers throughout Pinellas County, Florida. Messages are sent from (813) 430-4346. This page describes exactly how a customer opts in, what we send, and how to stop.
Text Messages Are Optional — Never Required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not bundled into our Terms & Conditions. The consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default and is entirely skippable: a customer can leave it unchecked, submit the form, and receive the exact same service — we simply contact them by phone call or email instead. No form field, button, or step on drassembly.com requires SMS consent in order to book, pay for, or receive service.
How Customers Opt In (Call to Action)
Consent is always given by the customer. We never purchase, rent, or import phone lists, and we never send messages to anyone who has not asked us to contact them. There are two opt-in paths:
- Booking form at drassembly.com/book — the customer enters their own mobile number and checks an unchecked-by-default consent box before submitting.
- Contact form at drassembly.com/contact — same unchecked-by-default consent box.
The consent checkbox is never pre-checked, is never bundled with any other agreement, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Submitting either form with the box left unchecked works normally and produces no text messages of any kind — there is no error, no blocked submission, and no reduced level of service. Customers who decline are contacted by phone call or email.

What We Send
Messages are conversational and transactional customer care only: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival-time updates, scheduling changes, questions about the job, and replies to inquiries the customer started. We do not send marketing, promotional, affiliate, lead-generation, or third-party content through this program.
- “DR Assembly: Howdy John! Your treadmill assembly is confirmed for Tue 8/18 between 1–3pm at 123 Main St, Largo. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “DR Assembly: Nathan is wrapping up his prior job and is about 30 minutes out from your address. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “DR Assembly: Thanks for reaching out about your pool table move. Can we take a look at photos of the stairs? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Message Frequency, Rates, Opt-Out and Help
- Frequency: message frequency varies — typically 2–5 messages per booking, plus any replies in a conversation the customer starts.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. DR Assembly does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. We reply once to confirm and send nothing further to that number.
- Help: reply HELP for help, call (813) 430-4346, or email [email protected].
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of Mobile Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the service-related messages described on this page.
