These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DR Assembly website (drassembly.com) and the fitness equipment assembly and related services we provide in Pinellas County, Florida. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
DR Assembly provides professional assembly, installation, repair, and related services for treadmills, ellipticals, home gyms, exercise bikes, and other fitness equipment. Service pricing is provided at the time of booking or quote and may vary based on equipment type, complexity, and location.
Bookings & Scheduling
When you book, we schedule a service window and will contact you to confirm. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will text or call ahead when we're on the way. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible at (727) 651-5594.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Our text messaging program is entirely optional and is not part of these Terms & Conditions. Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in text messages, and you are never required to accept text messages in order to book, purchase, or receive any DR Assembly service.
You only receive text messages from DR Assembly at (813) 430-4346 if you separately and voluntarily opt in — by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default consent box on our booking or contact form. If you skip it, we simply reach you by phone call or email instead and your service is unaffected.

DR Assembly performs services with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in equipment or for manufacturer defects.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
