What is the difference between a squat rack and a power rack?

A squat rack (half rack) is open on two sides and takes less space. A power rack (full cage) is enclosed on four sides for maximum safety. We assemble both.

How long does squat rack assembly take?

Basic squat stands take 30-60 minutes. Half racks take 1-3 hours.
